What are we doing to be a more responsible company

Guided by our core common values, we have also set down our commitments to the environment, including how we aim to improve our energy efficiency. Chemtech is an ISO 9001 certified company. Also all the principals Chemtech represents have extensive programmes to ensure high quality materials, safe and good working standards for its employees and a pro-active approach to a better environment. Chemtech inspects their principals regularly with on site visits.

Originating from the Amsterdam based company Chemtech BV, which was founded in 1983, Chemtech was established in 2013  as an international marketing organization for chemical products, to provide service to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. We are based in Paphos, Cyprus. In January 2015 Chemtech opened a new office located in Dubai, the UAE.

Quality is of utmost importance to our business because we value our customers and it gives us our right to exist. We strive to provide our customers with products and services which meet and even exceed their expectations. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a Quality Management System which provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance.

We have the following systems and procedures in place to support us in our aim of total customer satisfaction and continuous improvement throughout our business:

1. regular gathering and monitoring of customer feedback
2. a customer complaints procedure
3. selection and performance monitoring of suppliers against set criteria
4. training and development for our employees
5. regular audit of our internal processes
6. measurable quality objectives which reflect our business aims
7. management reviews of audit results, customer feedback and complaints
8. having all goods transported in accordance to all regulations and laws applicable for its entire transport and every country in transit.

Our internal procedures are reviewed regularly and are held in a Quality Manual which is made available to all employees.

This policy is described in our ISO manual which is available both in digital form and in hardcopy. Though the Managing Director has ultimate responsibility for Quality all employees have a responsibility within their own areas of work so helping to ensure that Quality is embedded within the whole of the company.

 

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system where an organization needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide product that meets customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for continual improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
